New FSQ Culture Training Programme on offer

We’ve been working away on a topic we’re passionate about and are proud to bring you our new training programme ‘Leading Culture in Quality Management Systems’.  This course is all about developing a strong food safety quality culture within your business. It will enable you to ‘Release not Police’ the systems and processes that sit with the Food Safety & Quality role, but need their profile raised so that everyone in the business understands the importance of Food Safety Culture,  what their role is, and why it’s an integral part of producing safe, suitable food every production run.

Why is it different?
► Unlike other leadership development programmes, the main focus of this course is developing and improving a strong quality culture within your organisation.
► HR experts, Everest People will be joining us on Day 1, to take you through a personality assessment tool called DISC. This is a self-assessment tool that identifies an individual’s natural behavioural style. Find out how Carl Jung’s theory of the DISC factors; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance predict your behaviour towards others and the everyday things you do.

Course Outcomes

Your Quality Management System (QMS) competencies will improve.  This will make you more confident in your day to day dealings with your managers, work colleagues and other industry professionals.
► At the end of our time together you will know how to use your new and already embedded skills to influence and impact peers and fellow workers more effectively.
► Understanding your DISC profile style will enable you to improve your engagement, productivity and teamwork, also enhancing your communication skills.
