It requires all animal products that are traded and used are fit for their intended purpose. These national and state authorities for the production of certain animal materials and products that you must operate under a Food Safety Plan (FSP).
An FSP is a documented programme that a food business develops to identify and explain how known risks such as chemical, physical, biological and other risks will be managed. FSPs are based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
